Replacement Warranty
Q. What is covered and for how long?
A. All glass replacements with no vehicle rust in the window replacement area come with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle.
Q. What does the warranty provide?
A. Repair/replacement, at our option, of installation errors or material defects. This includes air noise, water leaks, loose parts, glass distortions, and stress cracks.
Q. What If rust is present in the replacement area?
A. We will provide the same repair/replacement of installation errors or material defects for a period of 1 year.
Q. What is not covered?
A. Leaks, stress cracks from pre-existing damage or damage caused by vandalism or new impacts. Also, Aaron’s AutoGlass is not responsible for any shattered glass in vents or compartments that are not accessible.
Repair Warranty
Q. What is covered and for how long?
A. All windshield repairs come with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle.
Q. What does the warranty provide?
A. If our repair fails and damage extends past the original damage, or if you are not satisfied with the repair, we will credit the cost of the repair toward a windshield replacement completed by Aaron’s AutoGlass.
Q. Are there any exclusions?
A. Yes. We are not responsible for further breakage during the repair process. The warranty is void if anyone other than an Aaron’s AutoGlass approved technician attempts to repair our original repair work.
Proof Of Purchase
Q. What do I need to make a claim?
A. You must provide your Aaron’s AutoGlass receipt to redeem either warranty.
